Orders are fulfilled within Poland. Delivery is carried out via courier companies and pickup points available during the order placement process.

2. Order Processing Time

The standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the moment payment is credited, unless otherwise specified for a given product.

During periods of increased order volume, processing time may be extended.

3. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via selected courier companies and pickup points.

The cost of delivery is visible during the order placement process and depends on the chosen delivery method.

4. Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over 600 PLN.

5. Tracking Shipments

After the parcel is dispatched, the customer receives a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

6. Responsibility for Delivery

The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier's actions or unforeseen events beyond its control.

The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the customer providing incorrect address details.

7. Unclaimed Shipments

In the event of an unclaimed shipment and its return to the sender, the store reserves the right to:

• charge the customer for re-shipping costs
• or deduct return costs from the order (if applicable)

Delivery time is indicative and may change depending on the carrier or delivery location.
