RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT – 2CASUALSS

1. Right of withdrawal

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period is counted from the day of receiving the ordered product.

2. Return conditions

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The product should be returned in an undamaged condition, preferably in its original packaging (if provided).

3. Return procedure

To make a return, the customer should inform the store of their decision to withdraw from the contract via e-mail: from2casuals@gmail.com.

Then, the product should be sent back to the return address provided by the store.

4. Return costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the store explicitly states otherwise.

5. Refund of payments

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or providing proof of its dispatch.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exclusions from the right to return

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

• products made to individual order
• products used in a way that exceeds the necessary verification of their nature
